The chef-owner of beef-oriented fine dining restaurant Chef Table by Chef Pam, Pichaya "Pam" Utharntharm, has been appointed as Thailand's first brand ambassador for premium Australian beef and lamb importer True Aussie Beef and Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA).

This collaboration will see Chef Pam spreading the word about the high quality of Australian beef products. "Australian beef has long been my cut of choice when it comes to providing my customers with the best possible product," the Thai-Australian chef says in the press, "Australian farmers raise their stock in pristine environments and feed them only the best grain and grass."

With an incredible pride to represent the brand, Chef Pam will be using high-profile beef in her restaurants like Smoked and the up-and-coming one in Chinatown, Potong.

MLA's Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, Valeska, also expresses honor for an opportunity to work with the talented chef: "Chef Pam was an obvious choice for us when it came to appointing someone in Thailand to be the face and voice of True Aussie Beef in the country. Chef Pam’s incredible knowledge of quality beef means she knows just how important the provenance of each and every cut of beef is to the flavor and taste."
