Marked as the resort’s center stage for refined dining, Act 5 is helmed by executive chef Christopher John Patzold, who takes premium seasonal ingredients from both local and global sources to craft a wide range of specialty dishes, including 12-hour slow-cooked beef short ribs, foie gras with balsamic and berry, and truffle risotto. Each dish is carefully prepared by talented chefs who add a final touch with theatrical flair.
