With an aim to develop the standard of Thai youth football, Carabao Group Public Company Limited (CBG) develops a partnership with Chelsea Football Club to bring the club's experienced trainers to local coaches for Thai youth football team at Rajpracha Sports Resort in Nakhon Ratchasima province from 22 Nov to 4 Dec last year as part of Coach the Coaches project.
The Chelsea F.C. trainers, led by head coach David Paul Monk who has been working for Chelsea for longer than a decade, delivered deliver an exclusive training program featuring six sessions, each of which featured friendly discussions and hands-on participation to exchange the experiences and knowledge with participants. Thai football trainers participated in the program got to learn a variety of new training models, modern football practices, as well as knowledge about nutrition, psychology and team management philosophy.
All local trainers who joined the course received a training certificate from Chelsea Football Club.
