Legendary French chef Alain Ducasse is gearing up for the reopening of his contemporary fine-dining restaurant Blue in Bangkok on 8 August. To celebrate the return of marvelous dining experience at Blue, executive chef Wilfrid Hocquet is set to prepare an exclusive all-day dining menu for Mother's Day.
The signature blue crab, tomato water gelée, gold caviar will be prepped up to welcome back all guests to try. Moreover, Chef Wilfrid has come up with a modern rendition of classic French dishes like lobster thermidor and peach melba.
Blue by Alain Ducasse offers various course menus starting at B1,650. What's more, all guests are given the choice of the A La Carte options or two different tasting menus.
Exclusively on Wednesday 12th August, the restaurant will serve a Mother's Day menu specially curated for all beloved moms. The highlight is a delightful six-course menu featuring luxurious items like crab with caviar, pan-seared foie gras, Wagyu beef and chocolate imported from the Alain Ducasse Manufacture in Paris.
