The wait is now over! Arnaud Dunand Sauthier’s new multi-concept restaurant Maison Dunand, which we first reported on last year, will finally open on 9 Sept on Soi Sathorn 10, after several months of operating as a popup on Soi Sukhumvit 31.
As the Le Normandie former head chef mentioned, his namesake restaurant will pay respect to his Alpine roots—from Alpine-inspired wooden interiors to a menu that reflects his experiences as a chef, and boasts flavors and ingredients that he’s discovered from all over the world.
Maison Dunand will offer set meals for lunch (B2,200 for four courses; B2,600 for five courses) and dinner (B4,600 for six courses; B6,900 for nine courses). Wine pairing is also available (B2,500 to B3,990).
Adjacent to the fine-dining room is a French bistro and gourmet shop where you can dine in a more casual manner and buy goodies to take home.
