Avid gourmands are in for a treat. The names and talent behind two of Bangkok’s most celebrated restaurants are flying over to cook a very special meal.
Alain Roux and Takagi Kazuo, the chefs of Le Normandie and Kinu by Takagi at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, respectively, will be teaming up for a rare and exclusive lunch next week. Roux, the owner of three-Michelin-starred The Waterside Inn in the UK, will be joined by the Japanese cooking maestro for a four-hand lunch on May 30 at the hotel’s French restaurant.
