Time Out says

Phuket's Crown Jewel Sri Panwa has finally introduced the new addition to the luxurious villa complex. Called The Habita, this enclave is the perfect getaway for those who want ultimate privacy in calm and welcoming surrounds. The highlight at this intimate resort is a massive infinity pool with a waterfall and surrounded by towering trees and a lush green garden. Just imagine jumping into the water under the hot sun or even just chilling by the pool, a drink in hand.

The Habita is for everyone. A group of friends can enjoy adjoining pool rooms, while a family or a couple can opt to stay at one of its swanky penthouses. Each penthouse room is equipped with a large living room, a dining area with a Smeg fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, a bedroom with a big comfy bed facing the sea, a balcony and a small infinity plunge pool. All of the rooms at The Habita are sunset-facing, so you’ll never miss the glorious sight of the sun dropping into the water during your stay.

Breakfast includes the typical buffet spread of juices, breads, salads, and Southern Thai delicacies, as well as a selection of signature Eggs Benedicts to choose from. There are two restaurants within walking distance: a Chinese restaurant named Baba Chino and a grill house called Baba Hot Box, both of which serve sumptuous, freshly prepared fare. Come happy hours, head to the famous Baba Nest where you can enjoy magnificent 360-degree views of the sea while having some snacks and drinks.

Though it overlooks the water, The Habita is not positioned near the beach, but if you’re surrounded by an impressive pool, gorgeous grounds, and friendly and efficient staff, a beachfront location can be negligible.
