The St. Regis Bangkok's acclaimed Italian restaurant, Jojo, warms you up before the Bangkok's Michelin Guide announcement in December, inviting Chef Massimiliano Mascia from the two-Michelin-starred Ristorante San Domenico in Imola, Italy to bring his renowned contemporary Italian fare to Thai foodies.

Known for the use of seasonal produce and progressive technique, Mascia's highlights include Marinated Amberjack with Yuzu, Small Vegetables and Spray of Gin & Tonic, which gives a very nice refreshing touch to the raw fish while Fresh Handmade Ravioli with Ricotta, Spinach and Parmesan, Black Truffle and Brown Butter is rich in cheesy flavor and red egg yolk hidden in the middle. Lastly, enjoy an Infused Almond Cream with Rhubarb Crisp, a sweet and sour dessert to end your perfect night.

The five-course lunch is priced at B3,800++ (plus B2,500++ for wine pairings), while the seven-course dinner is B5,800++ (additional B3,000++ for wine pairings). Available only from 6-11 November.

For booking and further information, call 0 2207 7777 or visit hotel's website.
