Singapore-hailing premium tea salon TWG celebrates the Mid-Autumn festival with the drool-worthy afternoon tea set that combines some of their best tea leaves with colorful festive delights.
Available at all TWG outlets until 31 October, the “Over The Moon” afternoon tea set—which sets to figuratively take you over the moon—comes with two vivid-colored mooncakes and one fruit jelly. The red mooncake—inspired by traditional Chinese red lanterns—is filled with red bean paste, lotus paste with crunchy melon seed and an aromatic hint of matcha green tea. The yellow counterpart is stuffed with indulgent blueberries, marmalade and indulgent TWG Vanilla Bourbon tea with cute little rabbit made with dark chocolate sitting on top.
Accompanying the mooncakes are the tea jelly infused with Pink Flamingo tea that exudes in fruity notes thanks to the mix of citrus, lychee, rambutan and longan. Tea professionals at TWG are happy to help you pair the special afternoon tea set with the perfect brew.
