BEAMFEST lures in gastrophiles with pop-ups by some of the city’s coolest eateries, including Smack n' Smokes, which is serving their signature fall-off- the-bone ribs, and Muiné, which is bringing authentic Vietnamese flavors to the house. You’ll also get the chance to taste the popular Yaowarat Toast, hopefully without having to queue for it for hours. But the real highlight is perhaps the Bangkok debut of Brooklyn-born, Michelin-recognized restaurant, Yuji Ramen.
