Hokkaido is best known for two things: beautiful sceneries and, more importantly, unmatched food using freshest ingredients. Now you don't have to fly there (well, you can) to eat as Dusit Thani Bankok joins forces with Prince Hotels, one of the most remarkable Japanese hotel conglomerates to bring the truest flavors of the region to Bangkok with "Hokkaido Autumn Fest" at 22 Kitchen & Bar between 24-26 November.
Chefs Fumihiro Kabasawa, Shinichi Hanabusa and Takuya Shibata from Sapporo Prince Hotel and Hakodate Onuma Prince Hotel are offering three distinctive set menus—lunch (B1,800), dinner (B3,200) and brunch (B2,500), featuring various Japanese dishes cooked with the best Hokkaido ingredients such as octopus and seaweed from Hokkaido in ginger vinegar sauce (set lunch), sautéed autumn salmon from Hokkaido and abalone with butter (set dinner), and snow crab and vegetable tempura (set dinner).
The set lunch and dinner will be available on 24-25 November, while special Sunday brunch will be available on 26 November. For more information or reservation, you can call 0 2200 9000 #2345 or visit Dusit Thani Bangkok website and Facebook.
