For two evenings only, S.Pellegrino partners up with 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant with branches in Hong Kong (3 stars), Shanghai (2 stars) and Macau (1 star), to satisfy Thai foodies with the signature dishes from the Macau outpost on 3-4 November at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit as part of the brand's Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series that aims to deliver a memorable dining experience from some of the world's top chefs to gastrophiles in Thailand.

The six-course dinner is prepared by 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana Macau's executive chef Antimo Merone, who's been working alongside the eatery's chef/owner Umberto Bombana for three years, and features dishes like hand-crafted cavatelli with Sicilian red prawn and savory sauce made from homemade broth cube made of 100% red prawn head (we give two thumbs up to this dish), and tiramisu made of four types of mascapone. The dinner is priced at B5,200++ with wine pairings and S.Pellegrino water.
