The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Chef Antony Scholtmeyer has recently dropped a new “sustainable” menu for the hotel’s celebrated French restaurant Elements (0 2687 9000), shining a spotlight on local organic produce.
Newly introduced, Japanese-influenced French dishes are cooked fresh using organic produce sourced from The Boutique Farmers, an organic farm in Pranburi founded by chef turned farmer James Noble. The British chef who was behind the Michelin-starred restaurant The Pink Geranium has crafted his organic farm strictly according to King Bhumibol’s idea of sustainable farming.
