To move out its comfort zone and step up its game, Perrier has started a new journey, collaborating with renowned mixologists around the world to explore new ways to enjoy the sparkling water. One of the initiatives is the Mixologist Team Thailand Competition, a mixology contest that is now in its third year, in which Perrier has invited mixologists from around the country to whip up creative mixtures using Perrier sparkling water under the theme: "The Essence of Thai." The world-famous sparkling water also invites three award-winning mixologists—Dario Knox, Shingo Gokan, and Lizzy Evdokimova—to become members of the judging panel. But that's not all. To celebrate the event, the three award-winning mixologists will also exclusively create their "Essence of Thai" Perrier cocktails during 6-8 November at three of the most famous Bangkok bars—and you all are welcome to enjoy the experience!
- 6 Nov: The winner of Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition 2013. The only female winner from the competition Lizzy Evdokimova brings her creation The Knight Cup to Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.
- 6 Nov: On the same night, Dario Knox, the head bartender at The Other Room in Singapore, will take over Oskar Bistro on Sukhumvit Soi 11. The event will be accompanied by live performance from Num T-Bone and many more artists.
- 7 Nov: It's the day the competition will take place. Come to support your favorite barmen at Revolucion Cocktail on Soi Sathorn 10.
- 8 Nov: Shingo Gokan, the winner of 2017 International Bartender of the Year 2017 and the owner of Speaklow Shanghai will roll out his signature drinks to entertain you at Mandarin Oriental's Bamboo Bar.
