We recommend the Earl GreyGentlemen tea smoked salmon (B390), served with delicious toasted brioche and egg benedict (B280) that comes with crispy grilled English muffins and creamy hollandaise with a hint of Gyokuro Samurai Tea. Both are perfect with smooth and delicate green tea.

For salad lovers, try high-end TWG Tea Salad (B390), that comes with foie gras, smoked salmon, and prawns, topped with the 1837 Green Tea infused dressing. And if you can’t get enough of the posh ingredients, go for Lobster Timbale (B390), freckled with avocado, coriander, and tiny herbs tossed with Love Me Tea infused vinaigrette.
