Celebrity chef Henrik Yde Anderson has been serving progressive Thai cuisine at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin for years. Now you can try a new dinner set menu, The Journey (B3100), that promises more surprising takes on common Thai dishes. The delicious ten-course dinner menu starts with a parade of Thai street foods, followed by dishes like baby corn tom kha (served either hot or cold), pad Thai-inspired baked baby carrots with tamarind and lemongrass, lobster served with kra chai and red pepper, and beef massaman served with instant noodles in beef soup. The meal finishes with one-of-a-kind desserts like lemon foam with Thai basil sorbet or peaches with sticky rice. Call 0 2162 9000 to reserve.
