Knowledgeable waiters make recommendations from a recently revamped menu. Of particular note are pan-seared foie gras with brandy-caramelized apples, cherry reduction and toasted brioche (B580), fried squid legs served with larb spices and sriracha mayonnaise (B450), and jasmine tea-smoked lamb loin with garlic mash and lamb jus (B550).
