The bar charges a B200 seating fee, as is customary in Japan. Once you’re seated, otoshi will be served, a welcome appetizer set with soybean sprouts in sesame oil, mashed potatoes with savoury fish roe sauce, and eggplant in soy sauce. The menu is in Japanese as the clientele is mostly made up of man bag-toting salarymen. The waitresses, however, are Thai and are more than willing to guide you through an order.
