F.Orange is a small, dark drinking den that also doubles as an unusual art gallery. Satirical pieces like Joan Cornella’s comic strips, and kitschy details like decorative hay, anatomy posters, a figurine of E.T. sitting on a Buddhist altar, and obscene photographs—collectively provoke the thought, “What the F. is going on here?” One of the owners is world-famous skateboarder Jakkarin “Geng” Petchvoraphon, which explains the appearance of painted skateboard decks as well as a rare vintage skate video.
Take a seat at the bar or on one of the low chairs scattered throughout the space while sipping affordably priced beer (starts from B100) and cocktails. The mojito is not overly sweet and has just the right amount of lime (B200), and the gin and tonic is decent (B120).
The place is fun and offers a great alternative to many of the gastropubs in W District. Check out the bar’s Facebook page for special events and DJ appearances.
