Jaras Light Fes

To stimulate interest in the use of alternative energy for power generation, the Bangkok Art
and Culture Centre (BACC) has come up with Jaras Light Fes, an outdoor lighting festival featuring dazzling installations created by several Thai artists using electricity produced from solar cells.
