Smoked duck with foie dumplings, burnt ends with ube potato salad and smoked duck prosciutto are among the creative dishes on deck for this four-course collaboration between pitmaster Evan LeRoy and Southeast Asian-inspired Soursop. St Elmo Brewing Co will provide the beer pairings, including a Sichuan Saison brewed especially for the event. Dinner starts at 7pm but don't miss the welcome beers at 6.
