Rauchfest: Bamberg on the Colorado

This German-inspired "smokefest" features pay-as-you-go beer and food pairings, fire pits, a mobile cigar lounge, knife forging and live music. For beer lovers, though, the stars are Live Oak's smoked beers, made a la breweries in Bamberg, on the river Regnitz in Franconia, Germany. Among the more than five varieties you can try: Schwarzer Rauch (a smoked black lager) and Grodziskie (a smoked Polish wheat beer). Prost!
