Chef Aaron Esserman of Austin Taste Us will be roasting whole local pigs at the Del Valle brewery, which has a special cask beer ready to pair with the pork. Live Oak's regular offerings will be on tap for that second or third glass, and a bunch of sides are planned to complement the main course. Drinks and food—which will be available until it runs out—are sold separately.
