Salty Sow, Uchi and Swift's Attic are among the restaurants participating in this fundraiser for people with spinal cord injuries. Organized by David Curtis, who became a quadriplegic when he slipped on his diving board and shattered a vertebrae, the event will help fund rehabilitation equipment, adaptive sports programs and research. VIP ticket-holders get a first pass at the food and craft cocktails for an hour before the doors open to general admission at 7pm.
