Half Step Guest Sous Chef Series: Joel Renkainen

Barbecue and Finnish and fermented foods lover Joel Renkainen of Micklethwait Craft Meats is behind the special menu for Half Step's chef series this month. The event is part of an ongoing effort to give up-and-coming chefs a chance to create their own night of service. We're happy to volunteer as guinea pigs.
