Don Zimmerman's District 6 Swearing In Ceremony, Saturday Jan 31 2015

AUSTIN – Austin City Council Member Don Zimmerman will be publicly sworn in by Texas Supreme Court Justice John P. Devine at Hill Country Bible Church Austin on 12124 Ranch Road 620 N on Saturday, January 31st, at 1:30pm. Austin City Councilman Don Zimmerman invites and encourages the residents of District 6 and Austin to join Mayor Steve Adler in attending the ceremony. The new Austin City Council and Mayor were officially sworn into office on Tuesday, January 6th in the Austin City Council Chambers. Council Member Zimmerman agrees with Council Member Ora Houston that it is critical to hold a swearing in ceremony within the District to emphasize his commitment to keep the community engaged and involved in all city matters. Council Member Zimmerman is a 5th generation Texan that has been a longtime active participant in the District.
