Austin Beerworks dinner at The Hightower

This "New Texan" five-course dinner features limited-edition brews, including a pale Helles with local watermelons Johnson's Backyard Garden (but you can call it Gal-Lager). But it's the spent materials from making the brewery's newest beer, Biere de Garde, that will be incorporated into The Hightower's dishes during the event. Waste not want not—we expect you to clean each plate.
