This "New Texan" five-course dinner features limited-edition brews, including a pale Helles with local watermelons Johnson's Backyard Garden (but you can call it Gal-Lager). But it's the spent materials from making the brewery's newest beer, Biere de Garde, that will be incorporated into The Hightower's dishes during the event.
