This diner has been open for 60 years and was part of an original Depression-era chain of restaurants called the Night Hawk, now defunct. The Frisco continues soldiering on with an extensive menu and a full bar. Prices are higher than other spots but you’re looking at some serious history here, folks. Smothered steak, chicken and dumplings, fried oysters and corned beef and cabbage are on regular rotation as daily specials.
