One of new beverage director Madelyn Kay's creations: Day Three of Your Juice Cleanse, featuring gin, chamomile lavendar Hans Pilsner syrup, kaffir lime leaf honey, lemon, lime, pineapple, butterfly pea flower and beer foam.
