Treaty Oak Distilling is named for the majestic 500-year-old oak where Stephen F. Austin signed a border agreement in the 1830s, and it symbolizes the strength and longevity of our products.

Ready for a drink? Our new Ghost Hill Restaurant houses a full bar and kitchen. Grab one of our specialty cocktails, beers, or gourmet bar bites to enjoy inside or under the oaks.

We make our cocktails using our own Treaty Oak spirits and fresh ingredients, then keg them and serve on tap. The result is a perfectly balanced cocktail, every time. Try an old favorite, one of our new concoctions, or any of our Treaty Oak beers.

Our kitchen serves gourmet bar bites and meals with a Texas feel. In the Rickhouse, enjoy our house-made snacks with your beer or cocktail, or head down to the Restaurant for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch. See our full, current menu below.
