West Texas is coming to Austin at this collaboration with Big Bend Brewing Company. The brewery's cans of beer are only $4, and $1 of each can purchased benefits Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation. At that price, you can afford a $16 plate of Berksire pork from Mitrowski farms in Segiun, grilled corn on the cob served Elotes-style—and done to order—and a bunch of sides like black beans and potato salad.
