While it seems like everyone in town is jumping on the Neapolitan bandwagon, Burn is crafting Roman-style pizza, known for its cracker-thin crust, slightly burnt edges and “leopard print” charring. Choose from six signature pies (from classic margherita to the Clive, with ’nduja, fontina, mozzarella, truffle oil and arugula). Can’t decide on just one? They’ll even let you order two specialty pie halves to make one delicious whole.
