Bribery Bakery (CLOSED)

Pastry chef Jodi Elliott's eagerly anticipated Bribery Bakery first launched in North Austin; a larger, more fully realized version of her original concept soon followed on the Eastside. The concept is simple—a “true” bakery that also serves beer, wine and cocktails. The new Mueller space is a pink, whimsical wonderland clad in flocked wallpaper, hot pink velvet, gold-leafed '60s glassware and a shaker of rainbow sprinkles on every table. The baked goods are just as playful as the enormous and over-the-top cinnamon roll loaded with icing. Craving cake? Try the moist, cinnamon-laced carrot cake topped with rich cream cheese frosting.
