Ah Sing Den

As one of the east side's more upscale cocktail bars, Ah Sing Den has still managed to become a neighborhood staple, serving Pan-Asian cuisine and expertly made drinks in an atmosphere that sports a Victorian vibe. If you're just here for drinks, the Full English is a fantastic cocktail made with Monopolowa Dry Gin, Pimm’s No. 1, blackcurrant, lemon and Earl Grey bitters; pair it with a couple snacks like the octopus tartare and poke nachos and it makes for a solid pre-dinner stop. Here for a complete dinner? Try the coconut curry mussels, the Thai lemongrass prawns or the bulgolgi short ribs.
