This cafe and bakery on the ground floor of the Driskill Hotel serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch in what was originally the hotel's saloon and billiard hall. Home to a cheese soup developed in 1954 by former Neiman Marcus director of cuisine Helen Corbitt, known as the "duchess of Texan cuisine," the cafe specializes in classic Texas comfort food.
