Now in its 10th year, UTOPiAfest—the three-day campout fest filled with music and art installations—is making some changes, starting by expanding its festival grounds with a brand new location on a private, 100-acre ranch near Burnet. Oh, and it comes with a new name, too: UTOPiAfest Down In The Oaks.

The annual festival, founded by Travis Sutherland, has previously been held at his family’s Four Sisters Ranch. The ranch is a three-hour drive from Austin, while the new location is only about an hour away.

Sutherland partnered with Down In The Oaks Entertainment this year, a company comprised of Jeff Dena and Patrick and Brandon Harrison (the Harrisons' family owns the new festival location). The recently forged partnership is part of UTOPiAfest's efforts to expand the festival, including its attendance: last year, attendance was capped at 2,000; the new location, with its four massive fields, will be able to accommodate 6,000 people.

In addition to its brand new stomping grounds, UTOPiA also announced the lineup this morning, and it's filled with some pretty stellar acts: Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Patty Griffin, Grandmaster Flash, Calliope Musicals, Trouble in the Streets, Middlespoon and more. You can check out the complete lineup here.

This year, UTOPiA takes place November 1 to 4 (the first night consists of a pre-party with music beginning at 7:30pm). Tickets are already on sale and range from a GA weekend pass ($199) to a VIP weekend pass starting at $499.
