In case you haven't heard, Taco Ranch—a drive-through taco joint from P.Terry's—opens its doors today. Get your fill of breakfast tacos (and cinnamon buns!) this morning, or stop by for quesadillas, burritos and queso in the afternoon. The super casual restaurant serves most of its items for less than $3, so this is one opening that won't leave your wallet gutted.

Catch Citizen Jane at the Paramount Theatre this evening at 7pm. The award-winning documentary about Jane Jacob, whose 1960s book The Death and Life Of Great American Cities sparked conversations about architecture and planning, is followed by a panel discussion with experts in historic preservation, urban design and more.

Just because you don't have a green thumb doesn't mean you can't create a beautiful garden. Learn the building blocks of gardening at the Sustainable Food Center's Introduction to Food Gardening from 7-8:30pm. It's part of a three-part series that combines hand-on learning and discussion to grow and maintain your own organic garden.
