If you didn't catch night one of the Banff Mountain Film Festival, don't be deterred—day two offers a whole new round of films. (And proceeds still benefit Texas State Parks, so you can consider your adrenaline-sports binge a charitable act.) The fest starts at 7pm and tickets can be purchased here.

Haven't seen a BettyMash show yet? Hop on over to Coldtowne Theater, where the reoccurring show brings together the theater's best female comic troupes. Tonight's iteration features Fun God and The Matriarchy, Roundhouse and Garage, and the ladies of Latinauts: Improvised Telenovelas and Say Uncle. BYOB!

We've told you about Violet Crown absinthe, Texas' first (and only!) absinthe distillery located just outside the city. Their absinthe has taken off, and they've just released a new product: Jasmine Liqueur, which you can taste at the Austin Shaker tonight starting at 6pm.
