There are two groups of people: Those who think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and those who can't fathom eating before noon. To the former: Get ready. To the latter: You're about to jump ship.
A massive breakfast festival is arriving at Fair Market on Feb 17 from 1pm to 4pm (which, to be fair, are more like brunch hours), featuring more than 30 fantastic chefs and bartenders presenting their favorite breakfast and brunch variations. Breakfast Bash for No Kid Hungry (a national nonprofit that works to end childhood hunger in America) will offer dishes from Holy Roller, Barley Swine, Uchiko, Sway, Pitchfork Pretty and more, all curated by Odd Duck and Barley Swine chef Bryce Gilmore and South Congress Hotel pastry chef Amanda Rockman.
