We love a good P.Terry's burger as much as the next guy, but once we heard they were opening a taco joint, our love grew tenfold. That taco spot—called Taco Ranch—is opening tomorrow, and we're already salivating.

Eater reports that Taco Ranch, located at Oak Hill on Highway 290 and MoPac, will be opening its doors on Wednesday, January 24, with a drive-thru, patio and dine-in area. As is the case with their burger stands, Taco Ranch will be super casual—think tacos, burritos, tostadas and quesadillas all under $3. There will be build-your-own breakfast tacos, along with taco salads and sides (refried beans, queso, guacamole and more). Churro brownies round out the menu for dessert.

At the Michael Hsu-designed space (you may know the famous architect by some of his other projects, like Sway, ATX Cocina, La Condesa and a number of P.Terry's locations, including the P.Terry's flagship), there are retro vibes all around, from the signs to the 1960s-inspired Taco Bell menu. And while there are 14 P.Terry's locations in Austin, we have a feeling Taco Ranch will stand out among the P.Terry's name.

Taco Ranch is located at 5033 US-290.
