You may have been shelling out plenty already for tickets this week—SXSW 2018 Music Festival wristbands, FronteraFest tickets—but this one is going to keep you fed (and tipsy) for days to come: Austin Food & Wine tickets went on sale this morning, along with the incredible lineup for the three-day festival.

Austin Food & Wine, now in its seventh year, takes place April 27-29 at Auditorium Shores and Fair Market, and includes cooking demonstrations, competitions, tastings and more than 40 individual events. Check out the lineup below and start making your F&W plans.

Thu, April 26
Technically a pre-festival bash, Feast Under the Stars is an intimate family-style meal featuring a menu from Tyson Cole (Uchi), Mary Catherine Curren (ELM Restaurant Group), Todd Duplechan (Lenoir), Kevin Fink (Emmer & Rye) and Michael Fojtasek (Olamaie). Tickets for this one-night culinary dream aren't cheap—$250 per person—but with wine pairings from Jackson Family Wines and a menu you won't forget, it's totally worth it.

Fri, April 27
Chef Tim Love gets things started on Friday night with Grillin’ and Chillin’, offered exclusively to All-In ticket holders (which is pretty much what it sounds like—access to Friday, Saturday and Sunday activities, including the Chef Showcase and Sunday Gospel Brunch). Attendees will cook over their own grill as Love guides them through techniques and recipes, followed by drinks and dinner.

Sat, April 28
Saturday kicks off the two-day Grand Tasting event, an all-day smorgasburg of phenomenal chefs, fantastic food and great wine. Snack on bites from Charles Schlienger (Sway), Taylor Hall (Apis), Nyesha Arrington (Native; Los Angeles) and more, all while trying wine from outstanding wineries and somms like June Rodil (McGuire Moorman Hospitality) and Helen Johannesen (Owner at Helen’s Wines; Los Angeles). At night, your ticket ($250 for the Weekend Ticket) gets you into Rock Your Taco at Fair Market, where chefs compete to create the ultimate taco.

Sun, April 29
Before head to Auditorium Shores for the Grand Tasting, there's Sunday Gospel Brunch (more details to come). Then it's back to a full day of feasting, where book signings, interactive cooking over fire pits and demos continue.

All-In, Weekend and Special Event tickets for Austin Food & Wine Fest can be purchased here. It's a splurge you'll be glad you made.
