When it rains, it pours—food halls, that is. Austin received its very first food hall earlier this month in the form of Fareground, a stunning downtown eatery that is already one of our new favorite spots to grab lunch during the week. Now, new details have emerged about H-Mart, the Asian supermarket (and its food hall, Market Eatery) opening near the Lakeline Mall in North Austin, including a grand opening date: February 15.

H-Mart has locations in Dallas and Houston, but this is the first time the family-run store will open in Central Texas. Not only that, but it'll be the first store to operate a Market Eatery, a food hall concept containing up to 10 different dining experiences. The vendors on board contain some exciting concepts: Sunday Bird and Sunday BBQ from Korean chef and author Deuki Hong, Snow Monster, MIX, Sushiya, Lai Lai and more. In addition to Korean stew, Taiwanese shaved ice and Chinese classics, Market Eatery will also serve beer, sake and wine in a communal space called "Let them talk," which will also feature a stage for live music. There will also be a Korean cosmetics shop (hallelujah), a tea shop and a salon.

Stay tuned for more details on opening hours and an opening party. Will you be checking out the new H-Mart and Market Eatery? Let us know in the comments below!
