No event in Austin says the holidays are here quite like the Trail of Lights, an annual celebration that transforms Zilker Park into a trippy display with over two million colorful lights, plus food trucks, parties, interactive experiences and live music. Every year, a Night Lights preview party benefits the Trail of Lights Foundation and provides a sneak peek of the holiday spectacle before it opens to the public. Along with live music from Whiskey Shivers and DJ Mel, this year's preview (held on Dec 8 from 7-10pm) offers bites from some of Austin's best restaurants (Mattie's, Sway, Bento Picnic and more), plus cocktails and a Maker's Market curated by Edible Austin.
