It's the weekend! You've worked hard to get to this point, so you deserve to play hard, too. We've curated our favorite events happening around Austin for the next few days, from pop-ups to festivals to grand openings—all you have to do is round up your crew. Have a great weekend, y'all!

Fri 8

Zilker Relays
A 10-mile race sounds intimidating, but split it between you and three of your buds, and it somehow seems almost enjoyable. The Zilker Relays pits teams of four runners against each other, each person tackling a two-and-a-half-mile leg. Haven't signed up? Cheer on your friends (or strangers!), then stick around afterward for live music, food and beer. Friday at 6pm

Green Day
Green Day's back in Austin on the band's Revolution Tour, and you can still score tickets here. We hope you have the time of your lives. Friday at 7pm

Sat 9

Sour Duck Market Bake Sale
There's nothing like a good ol’ fashioned bake sale—especially when it's for a noble cause. This Saturday, the Sour Duck Market team will be selling goods like peach and scamorza kolaches, lemon bars, key lime pie popsicles and more. Proceeds from the weekend's bake sale will go towards the Greater Houston Community Foundation. Saturday at 10am

Sun 10

Austin Chef's Night Out: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief
Restaurants, bars and businesses in Austin have been raising money to help with relief efforts since Hurricane Harvey hit, but there's more work to be done. This benefit features an all-star list of chefs and restaurants, including Tyson Cole (Uchi/Uchiko), Kevin Fink (Emmer & Rye), Callie Speer (Holy Roller) and Rick Lopez (La Condesa). One hundred percent of proceeds from the tickets, which are offered at three donation levels ($75, $250 and $500), will go towards the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund housed at Greater Houston Community Foundation. Sunday at 5pm
