60 in Sixty
This one's for all the art-loving folks with short attention spans. Fusebox's "60 in Sixty" presents 60 artists performing their works in just 60 seconds, with actors, dancers, musicians, painters and more creatives offering up one minute of their craft at The North Door. Pick-your-price tickets can be purchased here, and start at $15; anything extra goes towards supporting Fusebox. Friday at 10pm
Megaphone Marathons
This comedy marathon is more like 20 marathons since the festival spans from Austin to New Orleans. The fourth annual Megaphone Marathon brings dozens of improv teams together for more than 50 shows and parties with multiple comedy troupes performing back-to-back. Friday & Saturday at various times

Float Fest
A surefire way to survive 100 degrees: a river and plenty of beer. Float Fest, which began in 2014 and now attracts upwards of 10,000 attendees each year, is a two-day musical festival at which partygoers spend mornings drifting down the San Marcos River with a cooler before enjoying a lineup of all-star acts: Zedd, Passion Pit and Girl Talk on Saturday; Weezer, MGMT and Cage the Elephant on Sunday (to name a few). Camping is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday & Sunday, tubing at 10am, concert at 2pm
Pie bake-off at Indian Roller
Make some room in your stomach for Indian Roller's first pie bake-off and pie eating contest. Think you have what it takes to bring home the gold? Email indianrollerbooking@gmail.com to enter your pie (with an entry fee of $10). The pie eating contest will feature pies from Zucchini Kill Bakery, and there will be a watermelon seed spitting contest if pie isn't your thing. Saturday at 2pm
Hotter than Hell Burlesque
Austin's Lady Lola LeStrange, Ruby Joule and Dallas star La Divina perform alongside Burlesque Hall of Fame's 2016 queen, Poison Ivory, in a production the Paramount is calling "high-glamour with fierce drama." Saturday at 8pm

Young Latino Artists 22: ¡Ahora!
This exhibition, curated by Alana Coates (the associate director of Ruiz-Healy Art in San Antonio), is the museum's 22nd in a series featuring emerging Latinx artists. The selected pieces touch on gender restrictions, immigration politics, cultural heritage and privilege amid socio-political upheaveal and increased racial tensions. Ongoing until August 27, free on Sundays
