It's been over a week since tropical storm Harvey swept through Texas, but the devastation it caused across the state is ongoing. Restaurants, bars and businesses in Austin have been raising money to help with relief efforts, but there's more work to be done. Enter Austin Chef's Night Out: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief.

The benefit will take place on September 10, from 5 to 9pm, at 800 Congress Avenue, a downtown event space. An all-star list of chefs and restaurants has been assembled, including Tyson Cole (Uchi/Uchiko), Kevin Fink (Emmer & Rye), Callie Speer (Holy Roller) and Rick Lopez (La Condesa). One hundred percent of proceeds from the tickets, which are offered at three donation levels ($75, $250 and $500), will go towards the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund housed at Greater Houston Community Foundation.

“Seeing the devastation that our friends, families and neighbors have experienced, we all wanted to find a way to make a meaningful contribution,” says Launderette's Laura Sawicki. “It’s inspiring to see the Austin restaurant community come together so quickly and passionately to support the relief effort.”

Tickets will include alcohol from the fundraiser's sponsors, including Austin Beerworks, Deep Eddy Vodka and Soter Vineyards; you can buy tickets here. Wondering what other big-name chefs will be showcasing their dishes at the event? Here's the complete lineup:
