While Craftsman has been doing Tiki Tuesdays for a while now, they decided to make their island adventures a regular weekend fixture. Found in Crafstman's backyard, Tiki Bar offers a menu that includes concoctions like the Painkiller (Pusser's Rum, pineapple, orange, coconut and nutmeg), Road to Hana (Coruba Rum, Smith & Cross Rum, Giffard Banana, cinnamon, lemon and angostura bitters) and Late Nights in Lahaina (coconut rum, sherry, lime, passionfruit and angostura bitters). There's a Phish Bowl, of course (vodka, lemon, sugar, passionfruit LaCroix and blue curaçao), along with classics like a pineapple rum old-fashioned and coconut mojito. Snag some poke from adjacent Alley Cat, a Hawaiian soul food truck.
