This Blanco County brewery that started in the basement of an antique store is about an hour from Austin but the drive's not bad when you're rolling through the Hill Country. You can tour the facility for free on Friday and Saturday afternoons, or just settle down with some beer. Just know you have to drink it there—the brewery can't sell cans, bottles, kegs or growlers to take home.
