Jang Su Jang, which translates to “the meeting place” in Korean, is a fitting name for its Duluth location. Though it’s nestled on a busy street, the interior feels like a friend’s kitchen, with Korean comfort food at the heart of the experience. Start with a crunchy seafood pancake filled with squid and scallions, then enjoy the ribeye bulgogi, marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil, paired with a side of refreshing kimchi cucumbers.
