We're about ready to break out into (Disney) song because it's now official: the Disney Adventure cruise will set sail from Singapore on December 15, 2025 and ticket sales are about to go live

If you're a Disney fan living in this part of the world, you'll be a part of history just by getting on this boat. After all, it'll be the first Disney Cruise Line voyage leaving from a Southeast Asian homeport. It will also be the first of many to come, thanks to a five-year partnership between Disney Cruise Line and Singapore's tourism board.

Besides that, the cruise is expected to be chockful of magical Disney experiences with themed zones inspired by its greatest movies, character meet-and-greets, entertaining dining experiences, and pampering services all laid out for your pleasure over three- to four-night journeys. Before ticketing opens this November, here's all you need to know about the Disney Adventure cruise.

When do bookings for the Disney Adventure cruise open?

Mark your calendars because Disney Adventure cruise bookings will open on December 10, 2024. Ticket prices will be revealed on November 14, so watch this space for updates.

What are the sail dates of the Disney Adventure cruise?

The Disney Adventure cruise makes its maiden voyage on December 15, 2025. The ship will make three- to four-night voyages with dedicated days at sea – all the better to fully immerse in this moving Disney wonderland. Look out for the reveal of sailing dates on November 15.

What experiences and attractions can I look forward to?

Where do we start? The Disney Adventure cruise will have seven spectacular themed zones, each inspired by movies and characters in the Disney universe.

We've already shared a sneak peek of the enthralling Disney Imagination Garden, an open-air deck at the ship's centre. Designed as an enchanted valley, it's all jazzed up with a three-deck-tall fairytale castle mural, garden courtyard, nature elements inspired by pop-up storybooks, and a Garden Stage for live performances and character mascot appearances.

Other highlights include Marvel Landing, a theme park on a boat complete with the first rollercoaster on a Disney cruise ship (and also the longest at sea), a thrilling obstacle car race inspired by Marvel Studio's 'Ant-Man and The Wasp', and an out-of-this-world ride in jumper vehicles set to classic tunes at Groot Galaxy. Also, don't miss Toy Story Place, a water play park with the full works: rockets, buckets, pop jets, and slides.

There's more to look out for, like San Fransokyo Street, Town Square, Wayfinder Bay, and Disney Discovery Reef. Get the full lowdown of the seven themed zones here

What are the dining options on board?

There's a wealth of dining options aboard the Disney Adventure cruise, running the gamut from premium to quick-service. What's notable is that the cruise will offer rotational dining – which means you'll get to enjoy three different Disney dining experiences in a pre-booked schedule. Four restaurants are eligible for this: Navigator's Club, Hollywood Spotlight Club, Animator's Palate, and Animator's Table. The latter two sound particularly appealing: dedicated to the artistry of animated films, these dining venues are designed to go from black and white to full colour, culminating in a dazzling finale where your drawings are brought to life on full-screen.

There are at least ten other dining options throughout the ship. Pixar lovers might want to start their day with a buffet breakfast at Pixar Market Restaurant, while 'Tangled' and 'Frozen' fans will love the cosy village theme at the Enchanted Summer Restaurant. From upscale Italian to beach-style American joints, there's so much to choose from that you'll never go bored.

What are the accommodations available on board?

If you've ever wanted a Disney mural in your childhood bedroom, these accommodations will fulfil those dreams. The Disney Adventure cruise has multiple room categories and configurations: the Insideview Stateroom, Oceanview Stateroom, Verandah Stateroom with private balconies, and Concierge Suites and Staterooms, which come with concierge services and exclusive facility access. You can bet that all have that magical Disney touch, though.

Are there facilities just for children and toddlers?

You bet. Kids aged three to ten will do well in Disney's Oceaneer Club, which has six themed areas fitted with a nautical-inspired playground, arts and crafts corners, and even a stage for interactive storytelling sessions and visits from Disney characters. There are also two clubhouses on San Fransokyo Street for those too cool for 'school': Vibe for teenagers aged 14 to 17 and Edge for those aged 11 to 14.

Need a few hours away from your baby? Kids aged six months to three years old will be well cared for at It's A Small World Nursery.

Where can adults get away from the kids?

Okay, some of us would rather not have to dodge around active young ones all day. For adults seeking peace, there are blissful no-kids zones to hide in. We imagine a popular one will be the spa, where you can get massages, facials, acupuncture, and more in private treatment rooms. The Rainforest area will even have a signature Disney Cruise Line spa experience combining steam, heat, and water therapy with aromatherapy.

Maintain your gains at the fitness centre, which offers perks like a juice bar, wellness consultations, and a meditation room. Craving a drink? Hit up adults-only bars like Tiana's Bayou Lounge, Spellbound, Buccaneer Bar, or Taverna Portorosso.
